Returns Eligibility
You may request a return if:

To be eligible for a return:

The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Commissioned or custom artwork

Sale or clearance items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 3 days of delivery

Provide photographs of the damage and packaging

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate
Return Process
To request a return:

Wait for return approval and instructions

Securely package the artwork using original packaging where possible

Send the item back using a tracked shipping service
Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect

Original shipping costs are non refundable
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

You will be notified of approval or rejection

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear
Exchanges
